To provide a forum for Afghan engineers to study and discuss technical problems
related to the reconstruction of Afghanistan and to suggest appropriate solutions.
To foster in
ternational support and solicit financial and technical assistance for the reconstruction
of Afghanistan.
To participate in the implementation of reconstruction programs in Afghanistan.
To develop a network of engineers and advocates to promote the goals of the society and to create a center of guidance and counseling for young Afghans who want to pursue professional careers.
To provide support and encouragement to Afghan engineers living abroad in order to enable them to accept job assignments in Afghanistan.
